Staff at the Roads, Building and General Services Authority (BRAGSA) will be involved in a one day Communication Workshop today.
BRAGSA says this workshop is geared towards equipping employees in Communicating with the media and the public by extension.
The company says it believes that employees communication skills must be constantly sharpened in order achieve success since communication is the foundation of which organization and careers are built and a crucial component of lasting success.
At the end of the training employees will be able to apply good presentation and listening skills in order to communicate with diplomacy, tact and credibility, they will be able to develop strategies to diffuse potential communication problems and manage difficult encounters.
Also, knowing how to positively impact the visual, verbal and vocal components of communication and develop strategies for successful information dissemination.
This workshop is being facilitated by Mr. Elson Crick, Communication Consultant in the Prime Minister’s Office.
It takes place at the Foreign Affairs Conference Room from 9am.
