* Jomarie Mc Kie netted twice as Hairoun Groove Street Ballers defeated GECCU Awesome FC of Calliaqua 2-1 yesterday afternoon in the Hairoun Stubbs Football Championship at the Stubbs Playing Field.
Zeddy Millington scored the goal for GECCU Awesome FC of Calliaqua.

At 4:30 this afternoon, Carapan FC will meet Ghetto Stars also at the Stubbs Playing Field.

* Rudy’s Electrical Strike Force gained a 4-nil victory over Parkside in a First Division match yesterday afternoon in the COMSPORT/KPMG/Hairoun Arnos Vale Football League at Arnos Vale (2) Playing Field.

The goals were scored by Devon Latham (2) and D’ Shawn Kydd (2).

* The League has been suspended until after the Independence Celebration tomorrow and will continue on Saturday.

* On Saturday, Toney’s FC will meet Choppins United at 2:30 pm in the First Division, and at 4 pm, System (3) will oppose Toney’s FC in the Premier Division.

Matches will be played also at Arnos Vale (2) Playing Field.

* CK Greaves and R&R Construction Transport and Works played to a one all draw yesterday afternoon in the Senior Division of the Digicel/Aeropost/St. Vincent Brewery Breakaway Firms Invitational Football Championship at the Grammar School Playing Field.

Romario Wales netted for CK Greaves, while Wilran Joseph scored for R&R Construction Transport and Works.

SVG Port Authority will meet National Fisher Folks in another Senior Division match this afternoon at 4:30 also at the Grammar School Playing Field.

* Topsidaz NEX-GEN and Layou FC played to a goalless draw yesterday in the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Barrouallie Football League at the Kearton’s Playing Field.

* New Boys will meet the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police in this afternoon’s match at 4:15 also at the Kearton’s Playing Field.

* Everready Downstreet beat High Park Jugglers 4-nil at the Richland Park Oval yesterday afternoon in the 2nd Quarter-final of the Richland Park 9-a-side Football Championship at the Richland Park Oval.

Kirthlon Williams and Malcolm Joe scored two goals each.

* This afternoon at 4:30, Greggs FC will tackle Tallawahs in the 3rd Quarter-final also at the Richland Park Oval.
