Progressive Force of Georgetown defeated Caesar’s Real Estate Lauders Bonnie Strikers 4-2 yesterday afternoon in the Hairoun Diamonds Football Championships at the Diamonds Playing Field.

The other goals for Progressive Force of Georgetown were scored by Damien Collins, Kishorn Audain, Alex Adams, and Keon Baptiste

Asif Ashton netted both goals for Caesar’s Real Estate Lauders Bonnie Strikers.

At 4:30 this afternoon, Bruce Law Chambers Sparta FC (B) will come against Jebelles Chapmans also at the Diamonds Playing Field.

Meanwhile, goals by Ishmael Peters and Ronaldo James gave KFC a narrow 2-1 victory over Everready Deadly Strikers yesterday afternoon in the Digicel/Aeropost/St. Vincent Brewery Breakaway Firms Invitational Football Championships at the Grammar School Playing Field.

Everready Deadly Strikers benefitted from an own goal scored by KFC.

Earlier, System Three (2) and Campdonia Chelsea played to a goalless draw in the Agricultural Input Warehouse Under-16 Division.

Unlimited Strikers should be facing off with Volcanoes FC in the Agricultural Input Warehouse Under-16 Division as we speak.

And in the Firms Division at 4.45 pm, SVG Port Authority will tackle Transport and Works.

Both matches are also at the Grammar School Playing Field.

AND, VUL-TU-REZ thumped Tallawahs FC 5-2 yesterday afternoon in the Richland Park Nine-A-Side Football Championship at the Richland Park Oval.

The goal scorers for VUL-TU-REZ were scored by Steve Warren (2), Damien Richards (1), John Swift (1), and they benfitted from an own goal scored by Tallawahs.

Daron Hamlet scored both goals for Tallawahs FC.

The Championship will continue tomorrow also at the Richland Park Oval.
