VINLEC Fuel Surcharge

The St Vincent Electricity Services Limited (VINLEC) is continuing to subsidize the Fuel Surcharge Rate on electricity bills. VINLEC announced in January this year, that it would subsidize the Fuel Surcharge Rate applicable on electricity bills, after the Company’s hydro facilities were damaged during the December Trough System.
