Ten young Vincentians will embark on an exciting journey from tomorrow, when they begin a Scuba Certification Course, organized by the Mayreau Regatta and Sporting Committee in collaboration with Grenadines Dive Organizers of the programme say the participants are all drawn from the island of Mayreau.
