MR ELROY PETERS better known as JACK of Richland Park died on Thursday March 21st at the age of 78. The funeral takes place on Saturday March 30th at the Joyful Praise Tabernacle, Richland Park. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The service begins at 2:30. Burial will be at the Richland Park Cemetery.
