MS MILLICENT BROWNE better known as MILLY of Dascent Cottage, Old Montrose died on Monday February 10th at the age of 94. The funeral takes place on Friday February 21st the Kingstown Methodist Church. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
