MRS ELSIE QUEEN ELIZABETH FOY better known as ELSIE FOY of Carrierre died on Tuesday July 19th at the age of 82. The funeral takes place on Saturday July 30th at the Streams of Powers, Carrierre. The body lies at the church from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Carrierre Cemetery.
