MRS ALTAVEA CARISSA BILLINGY better known as TAVIA of Chester Cottage died on Saturday February 4th at the age of 28. The funeral takes place on Saturday March 11th at the Mt Carmel Spiritual Baptist Church, Chester Cottage. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Georgetown Cemetery.
