MS YOLANDE CECELIA JAMES better known as CECILE of Largo Height died on Friday February 13th at the age of 73. The funeral takes place on Saturday February 28th at the St Peters Spiritual Baptist church, Dascent Cottage, Old Montrose. The body lies at the church from 11am. The Service begins at Noon. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
