MR RALPH FREDERICK BLACK better known as STAFF of Peruvian Vale formerly of Calder and Stubbs died on Tuesday January 23rd at the age of 69. The funeral takes place on Sunday January 28th at the Church of God of Prophecy, Peruvian Vale. The service begins at 1:30pm. Burial will be at the Biabou Cemetery.
