MR ELVIN HORATIO THOMAS better known as SPRATT and RAGGA of Upper Cane Hall died on Thursday July 12th at the age of 55. The funeral takes place on Sunday July 22nd at the Hope For Life Ministries, Arnos Vale. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The service begins at 2:00. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
