MR CLEOPHUS CORNELIUS JOHN WATERSTONE better known as GOVERNOR of Edinboro formerly of Dascent Cottage, Old Montrose died on Sunday April 5th at the age of 74. The funeral takes place on Saturday April 11th at the Church of Christ, Kingstown Park. The body lies at the church from 1pm. The Service begins at 1:30. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
