MR WENDY ROGER SAMUEL better known as DOC of Top Questelles died on Sunday August 9th at the age of 48. The funeral takes place on Sunday September 6th at the Questelles Seventh Day Adventist Church. The viewing and Open tributes begin at 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Chauncey Cemetery.
