MR HENRY JONATHAN BAILEY better known as CECIL of Richland Park died on Tuesday March 23rd at the age of 92. The funeral takes place on Sunday April 11th at the Richland Park Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 9:30 am. The service begins at 10:30 am. Burial will be at the Richland Park Cemetery.
