MR PHILMORE RAPHAEL BAILEY better known as RAFFIE of Richmond Hill died on Friday April 18th at the age of 67. The funeral takes place on Sunday May 18th at the Evangelical Church, Dorsetshire Hill. The body lies at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Dorsetshire Hill Cemetery.
