MRS PETRA ANTONETTE ALEXANDER-WILLIAMS better known as RUTH of Spring Village and Belair died on Tuesday August 11th at the age of 51. The funeral takes place on Sunday Septembers 13th at the St. Francis Spiritual Baptist Church, Belair. The viewing and tributes begin at noon. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
