MRS JOAN YVONNE PHILLIPS-CUNNINGHAM better known as JOANIE of Old Montrose and Fountain died Thursday August 20th at the age of 75. The funeral takes place on Wednesday September 23rd at the St. John’s Anglican Church, Belair. The service begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
