They are attending a session on the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of the Economic Partnership Agreement EPA.
Addressing the opening ceremony on Monday Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nathaniel Williams said they are focusing on how the state agencies can maximize the benefits of the agreement.
