A quantity of Medical Supplies will be donated to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital tomorrow by the International Consortium of Caribbean Professionals, USA Chapter.
The Ministry of Health says the donation is being made in the aftermath of the December 2013 floods.
In response to the call for assistance following the floods, the Agency shipped three barrels and one box to NEMO, containing personal and medical items including Adult and Baby diapers, clothing, and toiletries.
A special presentation of the adult pampers will be made to the Ministry of Health tomorrow
The presentation will take place at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital at two tomorrow afternoon.
The Agency says it intends to work very closely with Governments and Businesses in the Caribbean in an effort to find ways to deal with the challenges caused by global warming and other environmental issues and concerns.
