Chairperson of the Beauty Shows Committee for the Carnival Development Corporation, CDC, Cheryl Rodriquez says plans are continuing to progress smoothly for the hosting of this year’s Miss Carival Pageant.
This year’s pageant which takes place at Carnival City Victoria Park on Friday July 4th is the 29th staging of the event and will be held under the theme “29 Years of Exquisite Pageantry’.
Mrs. Rodriguez said the nine overseas delegates who are competing against Miss SVG 2014 for the coveted Miss Carival 2014, will begin arriving in the state on Sunday June 29th.
Mrs. Rodriguez said everything else is already in place and she highlighted a number of prizes which will be awarded to the patrons at the show ion Friday July
She said as the final events on the Vincy Mas 2014 Calendar kicks off this evening, patrons are in for a number of great activities.
