Four Arrested On Charges Of Theft And Two Arrested On Charges Of Possession Of Stolen Goods And Illegal Firearm

Fifteen year old Asbert Rodney, of Ottley Hall, has been arrested and charged with theft.

Police say Rodney reportedly entered the dwelling house of Layvonne Thomas, 51yrs, babysitter of Ottley Hall, and stole a quantity of items valued, 200-thousand US and 370-thousand EC dollars.

The items were reportedly stolen at Ottley Hall, between August 22nd and September 1st.

In another incident, Deshorn Slater, 17yrs, Keron Williams, 20yrs, both labourers, and Shequeil Peters, 14yrs, student, all of Green Hill, were arrested and charged jointly with entering the dwelling house of Nneka Peters, 26yrs, unemployed of Green Hill, and stealing a quantity of items valued 4-thousand, 727 EC dollars, the properties of Nneka Peters and Wendel Peters, stolen between 28.08.14 and 30.08.14.

Meanwhile … Marlon Charles, 32yrs, banker of Ratho Mill, was arrested and charged with knowing or believing that one black 32 inch LED Samsung television to be stolen goods, dishonestly received same for his own benefit at Green Hill, between 28.08.14 and 14.09.14.

And … On Saturday, Remson Ross, 24yrs, labourer of Campden Park, was arrested and charged with having in his possession an offensive weapon, “an imitation Firearm, at Kingstown.
