Esroy Bute of the National Society of Persons with Disabilities made the appeal, as St. Vincent and the Grenadines joined with the global community yesterday to observe the International Day of Persons with Disabilities
Speaking on NBC’s Interface Program yesterday, Mr. Bute urged Policy Mallow persons with disabilities to participate fully.
He said there are a number of benefits that can be derived from integrating persons with disabilities into the society.
International Day of Persons with Disabilities was observed under the theme “Sustainable Development – the Promise of Technology”
