The Traffic Department of the local police force has expressed concern with the use of mobile devices while driving, particularly during the busy Christmas season.
Corporal Henry Providence of the Traffic Department highlighted the issue during NBC’s Face to Face programme this morning.
Corporal Providence is encouraging persons to desist from such practices as it is dangerous to all road users.
Corporal Providence is also urging pedestrians to be extra careful, giving the increasing number of vehicles on the streets.
