The appeal came from Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar during News Conference held yesterday to discuss trade investment opportunities between St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Trinidad and Tobago.
Minister Caesar said the issue of praedial larceny presents a major challenge that requires a collaborative approach.
And he noted that the co-operation of Farmers is essential, if the problem is to be tackled successfully.
Minister Caesar also explained that all stakeholders must combine their efforts eradicate praedial larceny
