Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says St. Vincent and the Grenadines is on target to benefit from the production of geothermal energy here by 2017.
Dr. Gonsalves made the disclosure, as he responded to a question in Parliament this morning from Leader of the Opposition Arnhim Eustace, on the status of the National Geothermal Project.
The Prime Minister explained that the project is proceeding as planned, and the details of the business model are to be presented to the Government by the middle of next year.
