The Sustainable Grenadines Incorporated (SUSGREN) is this year celebrating the 5th anniversary of work with the nation’s Marine Protected Areas (MPA’s).
Program Officer for the Sustainable Grenadines Incorporated (SUSGREN), Orisha Joseph said to celebrate this milestone they will hold a meeting on June 15th and 16th.
Miss Joseph said they are working along with six Marine Protected Areas from St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada and during the meeting they will all come together to share best practices and discuss the way forward.
Miss Joseph said the role of SUSGREN is to further educate the public on the importance and benefit of Marine Protected Areas.
