A head-on crash near Stream of Power in Ratho Mill have left two people dead, and several other hospitalized.
The collision, which involved Jeep – P7135, owned by Oswald De Freitas of Park Hill, and passenger van H1131, owned by Joel Veira of Richmond Hill, occurred shortly before 11:30 a.m. today on the Windward Highway, in the Vicinity of the Stream of Power Church at Prospect.
Reports reaching NBC News indicate that a Jeep driven by Oswald De Freitas , traveling into Kingstown was involved in a head-on collision with the passenger van driven by Joel Veira, traveling out of Kingstown.
The crash remains under investigation.
