NBC Revised-HiRes Corporate_Transparent

This Friday, Kaige Cruickshank, student of the Kingstown Preparatory School will be given an opportunity to present a short news cast on NBC Radio. Kaige will present the 9:30 morning News on Friday.

Kaige was the second place winner in the Courts Reading Competition held earlier this month at the Peace Memorial Hall.

Kaylee Robertson of the Stubbs Government School was adjudged winner in the Competition.

Kaylee recorded the first victory for her school since the inception of the competition in 2009.

Among other prizes, she has won the opportunity to represent St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the regional leg of the competition in St. Kitts and Nevis later this year.

The third place winner was Azairia Commissiong from the Windsor Primary placed third.

The other finalists were – Leah Millington – Spring Village Methodist School; Jonniel Stowe – Lodge Village Government School; Arianna Sterling – Mary Hutchinson Primary School and Nyema Richards – Belair Government School
