MR PHILBERT FRANKLYN better known as MARSHIE of Brooklyn, New York died on Sunday June 25th at the age of 67. The funeral takes place on Sunday July 23rd at the Eden Memorial Seventh Day Adventist Church, Spring Village. The body lies at the church from 1:00pm. The service begins at 2:00pm. Burial will be at the Spring Village Cemetery.
