Two young men have been arrested and charged here for possession of firearms and ammunition.
Police said Devon Ashton of New Montrose had in his possession one .38 revolver and one round of .38 ammunition; without a license issued under the Firearm Act, at the Chauncey public road.
And, Kimron Thomas of Mc Kies Hill, is charged with possession of one 9mm pistol and six rounds of 9mm ammunition, without a license, issued under the Firearm Act, at Kingstown.
Both men are scheduled to appear at the Kingstown Magistrates Court yesterday.
