MR MICHAEL WINSTON WILLIAMS better known as OSEI and GARGO of Old Montrose formerly of Murray’s Village died on Tuesday August 29th at the age of 63. The funeral takes place on Thursday September 7th at the Kingstown Methodist Church. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
