Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a vehicular accident which resulted in the death of a resident of Chester Cottage.
Police said on Monday October 29, at about 2:30 p.m. the Police in Canouan received information that motor vehicle P1949 was discovered submerged in the Glossy Bay Marina.
At about 3:21pm the same day, divers removed the lifeless body of Zepherene Blair, a 23 years old Labourer of Chester Cottage.
It is alleged that the motor vehicle that was being driven by Blair at the time of the incident, went over an embankment.
