This country’s Governor General has been awarded the Dame Grand Cross of the Order of St. Michael and St. George.
The announcement was made by Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves who was formally informed late last week by the Palace that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II had granted approval for the award, on the Prime Minister’s recommendation,.
A release from the Prime Minister’s Office says arrangements are being made through the Central Chancery of Orders of Knighthood, Buckingham Palace, for an investiture date/delivery of the insignia.
The Office of the Prime Minister has congratulated Dame Susan Dougan on the grant of this award by Her Majesty.
