A local medical practitioner has sought to explain Auto-Immune Diseases and how they affect the body.
General Practitioner Dr. Malcolm Grant said auto-immune conditions are wide and varied and mostly affects females.
Dr. Grant also outlined who is mostly affected by autoimmune disease noting that it is rarely found in persons under the age of fifteen and over age of forty five.
