In observance of Africa CARICOM day an amendment was made to the dress code of the House of Assembly by the Speaker of the House.
Delivering a Ministerial Statement on the issue in Parliament this morning, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves spoke of the significance of the day.
The Prime Minister noted that Africa has abundant resources and a youthful population.
