MS BARBARA ELLS better known as CARSEL of Rockies died on Tuesday April 15th at the age of 64. The funeral takes place on Saturday May 3rd at the Revival Centre Ministry, Murray’s Village. The body lies at the church from 10:00 am. The service begins at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the Kingstown Cemetery.
