The University of the West Indies Global Campus, St. Vincent and the Grenadines is preparing to host the Annual Oscar Allen Memorial Emancipation Lecture, this Thursday September 3rd.
The lecture will be held in collaboration with the Friends of Oscar Allen and Diamonites Community Groups.
