North Union Secondary School defeated St. Joseph Convent Marriaqua 36-28 in a quarter-Final Junior Division match of the SVG Netball Association/Ministry of Education Secondary Schools Netball Championship on Wednesday.
In the Senior Division, St. Joseph Convent Marriaqua beat Sandy Bay Secondary School 42-29 and Central Leeward Secondary School overwhelmed Bequia Community High 63-14.
The other scheduled quarter-final match in the Junior Division between Bethel High School and Thomas Saunders Secondary School will be played today from at 1 pm at Layou Hard Court.
Also in the quarter-finals today at the Biabou Hard Court, Emmanuel High School Mesopotamia and Georgetown Secondary School will play each other in both the Junior and Senior Division’s from 1:50 pm.
And at the Layou Hard Court from 1:50 pm also in the quarter-final, Bishops College Kingstown will meet Central Leeward Secondary School in the Junior Division and Bishop’s College Kingstown will oppose Bethel High School in the Senior Division.
