The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission NTRC will officially hand over the new state of the art computer lab to the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College Division of Technical and Vocational Education under the SMART project next Tuesday.

According to a release from the organization the project funded by the Universal Service Fund and will be an air conditioned room retrofitted with Apple and Lenvo based computers to be used by registered students of the college.

The SMART project was implemented to facilitate the necessary infrastructure and platforms at the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College to enable it to offer its existing courses and programs online and real time through the use of black board collaborate.

The ceremony will be held on Tuesday January 14th at 10:00 am at Division of Technical and Vocational Education in Arnos Vale and will hear a feature address by Senator Camillo Gonsalves Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign trade Commerce and IT.
