Efforts will be made by this country’s Government to organize an International Donors Conference in the Caribbean to assist the three countries affected by the trough system.
This issue was raised by Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves at a Media Conference on Monday.
Dr. Gonsalves said the Donors Conference will be used to mobilize resources to assist in the restoration process.
