Forty-six persons who have successfully completed their course of study at all four campuses of the University of the West Indies (UWI), will be formally recognized today, for their academic and professional achievements in various disciplines.

This will take place at the Annual Recognition of Graduates Ceremony, hosted by the UWI Open Campus.

A release from the Open Campus stated that the Graduates pursued studies in a range of areas, including Medical Sciences, Management Studies, Education, Economics and Accounting.

The feature address at today’s ceremony will be delivered by Director of Administration and University Registrar, Clement William Iton.

Head of the Open Campus here, Deborah Dalrymple, will lead the Head’s Procession.

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at nine this morning at the Methodist Church Hall in Kingstown.
