The National Broadcasting Corporation presented a cheque to the Government yesterday, as part of the proceeds from the Radiothon, which was organized to raise funds for the National Relief Effort.
The cheque in the amount of 125-thousand dollars was presented to Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves by Deputy Chair of NBC’s Board of Directors, Theresa Daniel.
The presentation was done at Cabinet Room at nine yesterday morning.
