Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says a Committee has been established to address the issue of re-locating persons whose homes were destroyed by the severe weather which impacted the country in December last year.

The Prime Minister made the announcement, as he spoke with the media in Buccament on Friday.
Over sixty residents from the Buccament community who lost their possessions during the severe weather in

December last year, received refrigerators, stoves and mattresses from the Government, during the distribution ceremony on Friday.

The distribution followed a commitment given by Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves to help the affected persons to get back on their feet.
Speaking with the media during the event, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said the process of identifying lands has already begun.
