The Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), Sir Dwight Venner has said that the year 2013 was yet another challenging year for the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU).

He made this statement last evening while he delivered the ECCB’s Annual Report.



Sir Dwight said members countries of the ECCU are still grappling with Low Economic growth.

He also noted that Economic and Financial development in the ECCU continues to be shaped by the global financial situation and the regional development is still uncertain.
