Acting principal of the West St. George Secondary School Dianne Williams said while the school is boasting their ten year accomplishments, the school does have its many challenges.
Ms. Williams said while the students face problems such as self-esteem and behavioural issues, the school’s major challenge is finances.
The West St. George Secondary School Principal said, to curb the behavioural Issues and lack of confidence some students face, there are various programmes in place for mentorship.
She said to commence activities leading up to Septembers ten year anniversary, the school will be hosting a concert on Friday.
