St. Vincent and the Grenadines won their second match will be played today in the Windward Islands Football Championship at the Windsor Park Stadium in Roseau Dominica.
Kevin Prince put St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the lead with a goal in the first 15th minute. Five minutes later, Dominica netted.
Oalex Anderson scored his second goal in the 27th minute but after that could not to give St. Vincent and the Grenadines a 3-1 lead.
Dominica scored their second goal in the 38th minute but a after that they could not penetrate the St. Vincent and the Grenadines defence as the Vincentians completed a 3-2 victory.
In yesterday’s other match, St. Lucia scored in the 60th, minute to beat defending Champions, Grenada 1-nil.
St. Lucia defeated Dominica 2-nil and St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada played to a goalless draw in Wednesday’s opening matches.
The Tournament will end tomorrow when St. Vincent and the Grenadines meet St. Lucia from 5 pm and at 7 pm, Dominica will tackle Grenada.
