The International Airport Development Company (IADC) says it will commence the pavement work on the Apron Section of the Argyle International Airport, later this week.
Communications Officer at the International Airport Development Company (IADC), Jennifer Richardson tells NBC News that this will be done as they continue to press ahead to have all the work on the airport project completed by the end of this year.
Miss Richardson said at present the work is on target to be completed by the stipulated deadline.
She said they are also continuing to employ more workers as they prepare to commence a full fledge night shift to compliment the work which has already been done.
Miss Richardson said they are continuing their drilling work as well as works on the Fires Station and the Control Tower.
