Original Art Work by Vincentian Artists have been mounted at an Art Exhibition in Kingstown.
The display dubbed: Colours of Steel will be put on by the Contemporary Young Artists’ Movement (CYAM) in collaboration with the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The exhibition will feature the original artwork in the Bank’s 2014 “Pan on Canvas” Calendar.
An official opening ceremony will take place at three this afternoon on the ground floor of the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines Reigate Building.
The Exhibition will be open to the public from today Monday May 26th to Saturday June 14th.
The Contemporary Young Artists’ Movement is a group of Vincentian artists who engage in various community based projects, including the national radio program ‘The Art Room’, community mural paintings, sustainable agriculture and inter-generational skills exchange activities.
The Group says this exhibition is the first in a series of events marking its Tenth Anniversary.
