An appeal is being made for ALL Early Childhood Educators throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines to do all that is within their means to meet the educational needs of every child.
This call was made by Minister of Education, Girlyn Miguel during today’s opening ceremony of a two week training workshop for Early Childhood Educators.
The workshop is being made possible through a partnership among the Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF), the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Teacher’s Union (SVGTU), The Canadian Teacher’s Federation (CTF) and the Ministry of Education.
Minister Miguel said this year’s workshop will see the culmination of three consecutive years of training for these Early Childhood Practitioners in Pedagogy and Practical areas in which the nation’s children can be stimulated and their learning enhanced through various program of activities.
